Naramata Mug

The Naramata Mug is a weekend regatta open to all sailors with monohull and multihull sailboats under 20ft length with a Portsmouth Yardstick rating. Classes with more than five boats may be allocated their own start.

Our typical race schedule is:

Saturday
9:00am – Helm + Crew + Sail Number Registration Deadline
9:30am – Competitor Briefing
10:25am – 1st race warning signal
4:15pm – cutoff for last race warning signal
Note: Target = 5 races (1 hour each)

Sunday
9:55am – 1st race warning signal
1:30pm – cutoff for last race warning signal
Note: Target = 2 races (1 hour each)

Our typical social/meals weekend schedule is:

Saturday
8:30am – Breakfast (Optional)
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Lunch (Optional) – Note: Exact timing depends on the race schedule
5:30pm – BBQ Dinner (Included w/ race entry)

Sunday
8:30am – Breakfast (Included w/ race entry)
12:00pm – 1:30pm – Lunch (Optional) – Note: Exact timing depends on the race schedule

Camping is also available on-site at SOSA both Friday and Saturday evening. Space is limited and offered on a first-come first-serve basis.
